Flair adds new direct routes to the sun from Winnipeg
Trips to the sun are getting some added Flair after Flair Airlines announced new round-trip flights to Cancun, Orlando and Las Vegas.
The low-cost airline will begin trips from Winnipeg to Cancun Nov. 30, starting at $139 one-way. The flights will operate Thursdays and Sundays.
Beginning Jan. 22, Flair airplanes will fly from Winnipeg to Orlando-Sanford every Monday and Friday. A one-way ticket costs, at minimum, $59.
Flair has flights to Las Vegas slated to start Feb. 17, every Wednesday and Saturday, beginning at $59.
Flair operates Boeing 737 airplanes and reaches 35 cities. More than 430,000 people use the airline monthly, the company stated during a news conference Tuesday.
Last month, CEO Stephen Jones said the seizure of four of its leased planes was “in the rearview mirror,” adding Flair had obtained two new Boeing 737 Max, bringing its fleet to a total of 21.
